Where we ship from

All orders ship from Winona, Minnesota, USA.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

 

U.S. shipping

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email terry@camlingcreative.com with your order number and we’ll track it down. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

 

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to order, email terry@camlingcreative.com and we’ll do our best to help.
