Refund Policy

We want you to love your signed book. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Damaged or defective items

If your book or item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We'll cover return shipping for damaged items.

 

Wrong item shipped

If you receive the wrong book or item, contact us within 14 days and we'll send the correct one at no cost, or refund you in full.

 

Personalized and signed items

Because each signed book is personally inscribed to the name you provide, personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind. If there's a mistake in the personalization that we made, contact us and we'll replace it.

 

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

How to start a return

Email terry@camlingcreative.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if damaged) of the issue. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.
